Dom is an award-winning social entrepreneur and has founded several social ventures including Internocracy, The Transition Institute and Social Value Engine. Previously, he was Head of Networks at UnLtd and has worked for the OECD, Demos and the Young Foundation. Dom has been a government advisor on social mobility, and is Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts and the Sandbox Network. He has appeared on BBC News, Sky News and written for the Guardian, Independent and Financial Times.
Alison oversees the operations of Solve. She has 7 years’ experience working in operations and communications and is passionate about making social change happen. Before joining Hub Launchpad she managed the external affairs of The Young Foundation, the centre for social innovation based in east London where she built the communications team and remit from scratch. She is an advisor to the charities GoodGym and Magic Me, and a mentor for Bethnal Green Ventures and 50 Foot Women.
As General Manager Daniel’s role includes supporting the delivery of our Accelerator programmes, and developing Solve’s communication strategy. Daniel joins the team from UnLtd, where he performed a similar role designing and delivering workshops to support the development of early stage social entrepreneurs. Daniel’s professional experience began at BT working in their Public Affairs department but also includes working for an enterprise consultancy, Venn Street and the National Policing Improvement Agency in their Leadership Development unit.
